Naturra is our best choice for medium to large cats. It is designed for confident climbers, height lovers, and cats who enjoy a sturdy place to scratch, climb, and rest. Mira and Florra can also suit many cats, depending on their size, personality, and climbing style, but Naturra and Florra are the strongest recommendations for larger cats.

Riza is our best choice for smaller cats because it offers a gentler climb and a cozy, easy-to-reach resting spot. For kittens, we recommend choosing a lower and more accessible design while they are still growing and learning to climb. Mira and Florra may also suit smaller cats, especially as they become more confident.

Florra and Mira are our most versatile choices for multi-cat homes because they offer different resting areas and suit cats with different personalities. Florra is especially helpful when cats enjoy multiple levels and shared spaces, while Mira gives cats different ways to relax, hide, and perch. Naturra may also work well for homes with medium or large cats who love height, while Zena can be added as an extra cozy retreat for one small or medium cat.

Our cat trees use faux fur only. We do not use carpet on our cat trees, helping create a softer, cleaner, and more premium look for your home.

For removable cushion covers, unzip and wash them as directed. If the cushion does not have a removable cover, the full cushion can be machine washed. Faux fur areas can be vacuumed regularly. Wipe wood and baskets gently with a damp cloth using plain water, then allow them to dry fully.

We do not recommend using cleaning sprays or harsh chemicals, as they may fade, stain, or discolour the materials. Cats may also dislike strong smells. A soft damp cloth with warm water is usually the best option for everyday cleaning.

Absolutely. If the sisal rope starts to look worn or you simply want to refresh the look, you can replace it yourself. We don’t currently sell replacement sisal rope, as many customers prefer choosing their own rope texture, colour, or material to better match their home style.

For eligible returns under our 30-day trial policy in Australia, we will provide a prepaid return label. The refund will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Leo & Lexi products come with a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from regular use, misuse, incorrect assembly, or accidental damage. If a part is found to have a manufacturing defect, we may provide a replacement part. We reserve the right to determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect.
